This Mirage III-E Aircraft Skin Keychain comes from an authentic aircraft fuselage manufactured by Dassault. This airplane began its long career on December 21st 1966 as part of the ''01/004'' Dauphiné Fighter Squadron.

The airplane of the 4th Fighter Squadron stationed on the Air Base 116 of Luxeuil-Saint-Sauveur, registered: F-ULAC. At the end, not flying anymore, this aircraft was used as a pilot extraction training airframe.

The Mirage III was manufactured by Dassault Aviation for the French air force. His first flight took place on 17th November 1956 in Melun-Villaroche. Powered by the Atar 9C, it was the first plane to fly to Mach 2 in Western Europe. Thanks to its extraordinary maneuverability in combat, it has been a bestseller in the history of Dassault Aviation.
