DETAIL OF THE FLIGHT INSPIRATION® 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot refund your purchase or replace it.
In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as in you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return, you must send us a proof of purchase, which should be easy as we send an invoice with each package.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we will have received and inspected the returned item, we will inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your claim.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be credited automatically to your credit card or payment method within a reasonable time, usually within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first contact your bank as a certain number of days are required for processing before your refund is credited to your account.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
If the item was not identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who gave you the gift preferred to receive the item first and then give it to you directly, we will send a refund to that person and they will know that you have returned the item. The refund can only be made to the person who purchased the item and whose name is on the invoice.

You will have to pay the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may take some time.
If you ship an item with a value greater than €70, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase a delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning to us.
